If you have other SOMFY Protect smoke sensors in your home, all sirens will be activated simultaneously, informing you of the event even if it was detected in a remote room such as the basement or attic. The alarm sirens will also be triggered, and a notification will be sent to your mobile phone specifying the room where smoke was detected. This ensures that you are immediately informed about the event and the exact room, whether you are at home or not. Various escape scenarios can also be activated, such as turning on lights for better orientation and raising all the shutters of the house for faster evacuation. The smoke sensor operates 24/7, even when the alarm is not activated or is disabled.

Ease of Use

In case of activation, you can stop the siren through the SOMFY Protect application without needing a ladder. To ensure that your smoke detectors always function correctly and your protection is guaranteed, the application reminds you monthly to perform brief functional tests and notifies you to replace the batteries.
