G-U Low-Expansion Polyurethane Foam
The G-U polyurethane foam is a low-expansion product made in Germany, providing excellent adhesion to all substrates except for Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP), Teflon (PTFE), and Silicone. It offers excellent insulation with very low secondary expansion, and it does not shrink after hardening. The foam is highly resistant to water and aging but sensitive to UV radiation.
Application Range
Due to its low expansion, it is particularly suitable for installing windows and doors without causing deformation of the frame, for placing wooden stairs and thresholds, for filling gaps, cracks, joints, and openings. It is also suitable for sealing openings in roofs and insulation materials, filling holes around pipes, creating soundproofing baffles, etc.
Shelf Life of Closed Packaging
At least 12 months in spaces with normal temperature and humidity.
