G-U Polyurethane Handheld Fast-Expanding Foam
G-U polyurethane foam is a fast-expanding foam of German production. It is a 2-component, solvent-free foam that polymerizes extremely quickly, regardless of air humidity, without pressure or tension. After hardening, the foam can be sanded, painted, or glued. It provides excellent adhesion to all substrates except Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP), Teflon (PTFE), and Silicone. It offers excellent insulation, preventing thermal and acoustic bridges, and does not shrink after hardening. It is resistant to a wide range of solvents, colors, chemicals, oils, gasoline, water, and aging. It is non-degradable but sensitive to UV radiation.
Application Area
Due to its rapid expansion and water resistance, it is suitable for installing window sills, bathtub and shower installation (sound insulation and prevents heat loss from bathwater), insulation and thermal insulation in the construction of wagons-refrigerators and refrigeration chambers, filling with foam of inaccessible and poorly ventilated cavities in caravans, boats, tanks, engines, and metal constructions, as well as for electrical installation, modeling, and mold making.
Shelf Life of Closed Packaging (SHELF LIFE)
