SOMFY Photovoltaic Kit

The SOMFY photovoltaic kit is the perfect solution for operating your driveway gate or garage door from the remote control when power supply is problematic or unavailable. Since it does not require electric power, it is the most environmentally friendly solution and can be easily installed anywhere in less than 1 hour. It is compatible with SOMFY 24V motors (AXOVIA, DEXXO, ELIXO, and IXENGO). It has the same power and speed performance as the electric network and offers autonomy for up to 40 days without sunshine (with 10 operating cycles per day). However, you can connect an additional solar panel for faster charging. Under normal conditions and typical use, requiring 10 operating cycles per day, only 2 hours of sunshine (30 minutes at most for 1 day) are needed.
