Elastotet LastoFoam Styrene Adhesive Polyurethane Foam

The low-expansion foam LastoFoam Styrene Adhesive by Elastotet is a Greek-made adhesive based on solvent-free polyurethane. It provides excellent adhesion to all substrates, even on wet surfaces, except for Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP), Teflon (PTFE), and Silicone. It dries with exposure to atmospheric air humidity. It is resistant to water and aging but sensitive to UV radiation.

Application Area

It is widely used for securing thermal insulation boards of polystyrene insulation, either expanded (EPS) or extruded (XPS). It is also used in various other construction works (e.g., building with concrete or bricks, securing gypsum board) offering ease, speed, and cost savings from labor. It is suitable for both interior and exterior use and has excellent adhesion to plaster, bricks, concrete, asphalt, wood, gypsum, cardboard, and metals.

Shelf Life of Closed Packaging

At least 12 months in spaces with normal temperature and humidity.
