Elastotet Acrylic Pro 6000 Elastic Acrylic Sealant with High Elasticity & Durability

Elastotet’s acrylic is an elastomeric sealant of Greek production based on elastomeric resins in water dispersion, suitable for both interior and exterior use. It exhibits high elasticity and excellent resistance to UV radiation and weather conditions. It becomes highly resistant to rain just a few hours after application. Upon exposure to air, it transforms into a plastoelastic mass with adhesion to porous and non-porous materials, unlike other acrylic sealants. Unlike silicone, it can be painted with common construction paints after curing, without causing gloss or cracking of the paint.

Application Area

It is particularly suitable for joints in all building materials (e.g., concrete, plaster, asbestos-cement, wood, bricks, glass, aluminum, etc.) with minimal dimensional changes (up to 12%). This includes gaps between windows and sills, frames and walls, cracks in walls, etc. It is not suitable for sealing permanently submerged joints (e.g., tanks).

Shelf Life of Closed Packaging

At least 18 months in spaces with normal temperature and humidity (not below 0ºC).
