SOMFY PRO Home Keeper Opening & Breakage Sensor

The SOMFY opening and breakage sensor, with vandal protection, is used to detect break-ins and immediately transmits this information to the SOMFY Home Keeper Pro security system. It consists of 1 magnet and 1 magnetic contact, which are placed parallel to each other on windows and doors, as well as 1 sensor placed on the glass. This way, the sensor detects both the breaking of the glass, up to 2.5 meters from the impact point, and the opening of the leaf due to the interruption of the magnetic field between the two parts. It also features a “Ding-Dong” function with a softer signaling sound when the alarm is deactivated.

Its installation takes a few minutes, without tools, with the help of your mobile and the SOMFY Protect application. Simply place it on any window or door with the double-sided tape on the back, connect to the application with your mobile, follow the instructions, and you’re ready.
