The V500 PRO video door phone kit from SOMFY offers everything you need for controlling the front door and entrance door from within your home and more. With the 7” color LCD screen, silver in color, you can now recognize who is calling, talk to them, open the door if desired, and view visitor images while you are away. During your absence, the external panel takes pictures of visitors who did not find you at home and saves them to an external microSD card (included 16GB microSD for up to 800 photos with 200kb each). Its modern design and customization capabilities make it particularly attractive for your home. Choose any of the 4 available Background Themes, save the ringtone you want to hear, view indoor and outdoor temperatures, and choose one of the 10 scenarios for Tahoma automation. Take advantage of the intercom function and communicate with an additional screen, for example, in another room or floor of your home. The video door phone screen incorporates an IO radio transmitter, allowing you to use it as a 5-channel remote control to wirelessly control other SOMFY products. The push-button unit features a wide-angle camera (H:102°/V:65°) and night vision with built-in infrared LEDs, making it easy to recognize callers even at night. A special cover protects it from rain and has an illuminated doorbell button and a name tag with backlight. It is easily installed with only 2 wires (up to 150m distance), both in new installations and in replacements of old intercoms or doorbells without the need for new wiring, as the existing cable installation of your old intercom can be used. The screen, depending on the kit you choose, you either connect it to a socket with the transformer or you connect it to the DIN rail power supply, through the wiring of the house, to your electrical panel.
