SPECIAL DOORS

Such doors are, for example, “vault doors”, “pressure separation doors”, “cyclone protection doors”, “radiation protection doors”, “fireproof doors” but also the very economical “general use doors”.
Doors for fire protection
A fire door is a fire-resistant door used as part of a passive fire protection system to reduce the spread of fire and smoke between separate spaces and to provide safe egress from a burning space. In Europe the national standards for fire-rated doors have been harmonized with the introduction of the new standard EN16034, which defines the degree of performance in terms of minutes of fire resistance. The general purpose of a fire door is to slow the spread of fire long enough to either apply fire extinguishers to limit the spread of the fire, or to allow occupants to exit the building.

Our fireproof doors are accompanied by the necessary inspection certificates of the Fire Brigade headquarters, after tests carried out in two laboratories of the European Union, LAPI of Italy, and APPLUS of Spain, as well as a certificate from the ESYD regarding the accreditation of above laboratories for performing fire resistance tests.
