Available in two colors (charcoal and white), it adapts to your design constraints. It can be connected as an accessory to any SOMFY alarm, but it can also operate as a fully autonomous alarm. It provides an exceptional video monitoring experience with Full HD recording and HDR (High Dynamic Range) for brightness compensation, ensuring excellent color display.

Upgraded Protection

As the first line of defense for your home security, SOMFY’s outdoor security camera features vandal-resistant protection and incorporates a 110 dB siren as a deterrent, which you can activate directly from your mobile through the SOMFY Protect app to prevent intruders. For even greater deterrence and convenience, you can connect your camera to an existing light (LED up to 100W or halogen up to 500W) as an additional deterrent. The light will deter intruders and also illuminate your path at night when you return home. Once the camera detects motion, it will sound the alarm, record with SSL/TLS 2048-bit encryption, and store the video for free on SOMFY Cloud with AES-256 encryption, or directly on your Dropbox. You will receive an immediate push message on your mobile. Through the SOMFY Protect app, you can view and hear live events in your space (up to 10 seconds before), talk to those present, or review up to 7 days of history and download recorded snapshots for free, which can be used as evidence.

Advanced Motion Detection

SOMFY’s outdoor security camera with a 130° wide-angle lens, 8x digital zoom, and infrared night vision provides excellent surveillance and is the ideal camera for monitoring the exterior of your home. It acts as an extra eye that closely monitors things and immediately notifies you if something is amiss. With the combination of Full HD high-resolution image and thermal detection technology, the camera distinguishes between a person moving around your home and branches moving in your garden. Through the SOMFY Protect app, you can define monitoring zones to ensure, for example, that motion in the neighboring yard is not detected.

Smart Recognition

Thanks to the Intelligent Activation feature, SOMFY’s outdoor camera detects when you return home, automatically deactivates motion detection, and when you leave, it reminds you to activate it again so you never forget.

Two-Way Communication

Installation

Forget complicated installations. The installation of the SOMFY outdoor camera accommodates the electrical constraints of your home, allowing you to choose the most suitable installation method for your needs and connect it:

• Directly to an outlet (cable not provided)
• To an existing power supply (replacing, for example, a light fixture)
• To the supply before an existing light, so, through the SOMFY Protect app, you can remotely operate the light, which will be activated automatically every time you arrive home, or you can set it to turn on every time it gets dark outside.
